Anne Maree Wallace

With 35 years experience working as a Doctor in the NHS, Anne Maree brings a unique combination of skills. She has an extensive experience of working with NHS professionals as well as with many other partners such as the local authorities, Scottish Government and the third sector. She is also a trained and certified executive and team coach. She has worked at Consultant and Executive Director level and is presently a Non-Executive Director for Food Standards Scotland. This combination brings an in-depth understanding of the challenges facing senior executive leaders. She also has a good understanding of complex organisations and how to get things done. In terms of coaching she is concerned with helping clients achieve happiness at work, dealing with the challenges, problem issues, team dynamics, career development or personal development.

Nick is a Structure Talent Associate working on the project as a Senior Enterprise Strategy Architect. He is President of Vanguard EA, an Enterprise Strategy consulting firm. Prior to that he was as a Strategy Consultant with Microsoft Services. Over the course of the past 32 years in various high-tech roles, Nick has worked in a wide array of organizations including financial services, health care, telecommunications, manufacturing, software, entertainment, hospitality, oil and gas, and government. He has played both business and technology roles, and brings a wide understanding of business strategy, leadership, and technical prowess to each engagement.
